Shipping
Shipping quotes include all cleaning, packing materials and handling. Extra care is taken to ensure your items are well packaged so that they arrive safely.
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment receipt.
Shipping Methods: We offer a variety of shipping methods to suit your needs, including standard and expedited options.
Large items such as engines, gearboxes, differentials and wheel sets will ship via truck freight. It is cheaper to ship to a commercial address.
Please contact us for shipping quotes, shipping is not calculated on the website.
Tracking Your Order: Once your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the delivery progress of your purchase.

We ship our products worldwide, ensuring that Mustang enthusiasts from around the globe can access the parts they need.
United States lower 48.
We offer free standard shipping to the lower 48 states in the United States. Please contact us to request freight service or expedited shipping that requires an additional cost.
Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories.
Additional charges are required for orders outside of the contiguous lower 48 United States, please contact us for the exact shipping amount before placing an order. Thank you.
International Orders.
International buyers please be aware of any customs charges that may be applicable in your country.
Lost In Transit
If your parcel does not arrive, we have to establish our claim with the carrier before we can send a replacement consignment. This can sometimes be a lengthy process, and if your part is needed urgently, a second order can be paid for to save time. We refund one of your orders as soon as the couriers settle our claim.
We will make every attempt to ensure your order is delivered in the time specified but we cannot be responsible for the late delivery of goods by a third party. In particular, letter post cannot be guaranteed.
Warranty
We stand behind our parts with a full 1-year warranty on all used parts, 2-year warranty on new parts. Excluded from this policy are engines and transmissions, but we do offer extended warranty options for these items. If you have a warranty issue or need to return a part, please contact us directly and we will take care of you.
Returns
Returns Eligibility: All returned parts must be in the same condition as received and uninstalled. We will inspect the part or item upon receipt. Any part or item deemed to be installed and non-working due to install or customer negligence will not be accepted as a return.
Damaged Or Defective Items: If a part or item is deemed to be defective or broken upon inspection not due to the aforementioned, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at our discretion. Please keep in mind, due to the nature of the business, we may not stock another identical/replacement part, and therefore would refund the customer. Refunds are subject to will be issued back to the original form of payment.
Restocking Fee: If a customer wishes to return an item due to incorrect application or wrong purchase, or simply because he/she changed their mind, a 10% restocking fee will be charge, in addition to the customer paying for shipping both ways (to and from).
If any component/part of a returned item is missing or damaged, we reserve the right to reject the entire return and not refund the customer. The condition of the product will be determined at our discretion. Products sent back with damaged or missing packaging will be refused or returned to you at your expense. There are certain items that cannot be returned. For a list of those products, please see “Non-Returnable Products” below.

Shipping Cost: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment, immediately.
